WTM series chocolate tempering machines
WTM series chocolate tempering machines are designed for beginners, small workshops or patisseries which are looking for economic tempering solution. Additional devices like mould vibration table & enrobing belt can be coupled to the device. Chocolate crystallization is made by seeding solid chocolate drops inside the melted chocolate.

ConTM series chocolate tempering machines
Primary machine for any small chocolate facility. Thanks to screwpump plain chocolate or chocolate with nut pieces or other ingredients can be tempered. No need for external cold water as machine is equipped with cold water chiller and water pump. With additional devices machine can be used as chocolate depositor or enrober.
