Industrial confectionery encrusting machine


BEM3-8, BEM3-6 & BEM3-4 are center filled cookie encrusting machines with 8,6 & 4 nozzles. Their basic concept is to combine 2 different colored biscuit dough with cream filling. Wire cutting, guillotine cutting & diaphragm cutting are cutting devices which are used for cutting dough in different shapes and styles.

HF series confectionery encrusting machine for workshops

Biscuit extruder with 5 or 4 rows extrudes continuously three different products at same time as two of these products are dough and the other is jam or cream. Suitable for semi automatic production as for cooking is used rotary type oven. Small trays are fed horizontally to product flow from a tray charger.

VF series confectionery encrusting machine for workshops


VF series encrusting machines are equipped with reciprocating shuttle conveyor. Fed trays are vertically conveyed to the product flow. Basic concept of VF series encrusting machines is to combine 2 doughs with filling. Wire cutting, guillotine cutting & diaphragm cutting are cutting devices which are used for cutting in different shapes and styles. This combination is suitable for semiautomatic production as for baking is used rotary type oven. Used trays are big for encrusting machines with 4 rows. Small trays can be used for 2 or 1 row depositors.
