Caramel manufacturing equipment

The main component of the caramel manufacturing equipment is caramel cooker which is with Teflon scrapers. Cooker is with variable adjustable speed of mixing shaft. All operations are performed by HMI & PLC. Can be equipped with bottom collecting reservoir, heat exchanger and holding vessel. In case of fondant manufacturing fondant beater is required for the process to be performed correctly.
